From 2014 to 2021, I served as Design Director at 1MORE, where I built and led the brand’s industrial design function from the ground up. I guided the creation of innovative earphone and audio products that helped 1MORE grow from a startup into a globally recognized brand. During this time, I spearheaded the establishment of an in-house ergonomics lab and proprietary ear database, advancing human-centered design and setting new industry benchmarks for comfort and fit. I also introduced the “Visible Acoustics” philosophy, embedding acoustic performance into brand identity. Under my leadership, the design team secured 40+ international awards, including Red Dot, iF, IDEA, and G-Mark, while flagship collaborations with companies such as Xiaomi and Huawei achieved over 10M units sold. This period not only elevated 1MORE’s reputation for innovation but also positioned design as a core driver of its global competitiveness.
